The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the scholarship offer of the University of Politehnica for the academic year (2024-25), launched by the Romanian Government for Master's and PhD studies in the fields of Engineering and Information Technology. The following programs of Master's studies are offered by the University of POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Romania.

Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication and Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Computer & Information Technology, System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Engineering Science, Engineering and Management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants with incomplete degrees on the closing date of application are not allowed to apply. 

• Applicants for Masters's program must have a bachelor's degree (16 years) and be under the age of 35 at the time of application. 

• Applicants for PhD/Doctoral program must have a Masters degree MS/MPhil (17/18 years) and be under the age of 40 years at the time of application.

• All applicants are required to provide a valid HAT test score. HEC reserves the right to change or modify the nomination criteria.

Required Documents:

Perspective applicants are not required to submit any document (hard copies) to HEC at this stage of the application process. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit the following documents. To avoid any inconvenience later on, perspective applicants are directed to prepare an application dossier as per the following details:

2. Statement of document authenticity (Click here​).
3. Consent of processing personal data (Click here​).
4. Attested copies of all educational documents.
5. Candidate’s letter of motivation.
6. Documents to certify outstanding educational performances and candidate’s involvement in extracurricular and volunteering activities.
7. Letter of recommendation to emphasize the candidate’s qualities.
8. CV in English, French, or Romanian.
9. Non-criminal Record (Police Clearance Certificate) not older than six months before the application deadline.
10. All applicants must submit a medical certificate of satisfactory health condition. A written certificate from a physician to prove that the applicant does not have the following illnesses: AIDS, Hepatitis A, B, C, or any other epidemic conditions.
    
11. In case of employment, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the applicant's employer will be required.
